Our mission is to bring the benefits of The Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement®-based lessons to everyone, making it accessible, efficient, and enjoyable. We aim to help you develop a deeper awareness of your body, improve your movement patterns, and enhance your overall well-being through expertly crafted audio lessons.

What We Offer

Experience You Can Trust: Pauseture™ features a wide range of lessons, each taught by a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher®, ensuring that you receive the highest quality instruction, based on years of training and experience. Each lesson is designed to guide you through gentle movements that will help you explore new ways of moving and increase your body awareness, to move more efficiently.
Lessons for What You Need: Our goal is to help you integrate the principles of The Feldenkrais Method® into your daily routine. Since your needs change day-to-day, we let you choose a lesson that works for you on that day – without committing to a series. Lessons are available with a wide range of functionality – including balance, strength, flexibility, mood, sleep, repetitive strain from musical instrument playing, athletic performance and much more. Benefits range from improving athletic performance to reducing or eliminating pain.
Enhanced Focus: Our lessons are crafted and professionally sound-edited to help you concentrate fully on your movements and sensations, improving the effectiveness of each lesson.
Time Efficiency: We understand the demands of modern life. Whether you have a few minutes or an hour, Pauseture™ has an audio lesson for you, making it easy to integrate mindful movement into your daily routine.
Accessibility: Pauseture™ makes The Feldenkrais Method® accessible to most people, regardless of experience or financial means. Our app is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to access, navigate and select lessons that are right for you.
Personalized History: Pauseture™ keeps a diary of the lessons you have taken – including your own notes of how you felt about the lesson.

Work with Us

Are you a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher®? Are you looking to supplement your income and provide high-quality recorded lessons to a larger audience? Are you open to feedback on improving your teaching? Please send a 10-20 minute short sample recorded lesson for review to apply@pauseture.com. Don't worry about it being perfect. Once selected, we will coach you on the right equipment, environment and teaching consistency. Our goal is to be the largest ATM® library in the world -- and we are building that one lesson at a time.

Are you a senior-level Guild Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teacher® with a passion for picking the best lessons for a general audience? Do you enjoy coaching teachers to improve their teaching? Do you like to work collaboratively for consistency across lessons? If so, we have a limited amount of contract coaching positions. Please send an email to apply@pauseture.com.

Are you a newbie to doing these lessons? Would you like to be compensated for doing lessons prior to publishing -- ensuring recording quality and lesson quality is suitable for a newbie. If so, please send an email to apply@pauseture.com.
